    VOKIZ has set up a complete of QA and QC system, so as to improve the mini electric bike or electric scooter products quality.

    Incoming Quality Control

    *the raw materials inspection:

    vokiz will do inspection for battery, adapter, frame, motherboard and spare-parts, so as to ensure the mini electric bike raw materials quality

    In-Process Quality Control

    Before mass production, vokiz's engineer will make the sample and test first, once all the functions testing is passed. The VOKIZ production line will start assemble for mass order.

    Final Quality Control

    Once the mini electric bike or electric scooter assemble are finished, VOKIZ's QC team will do 100% testing for finished products once again. The testing which will include the function , housing, braking, headlight, etc. if there are any defects, it will be re-group and re-adjust until all of the indicators are qualified.

    Out-going Quality Control

    Before package, VOKIZ's QC team will do QC once again for the mini electric bike or electric scooter. the items include the surface inspection, user manual and spare-parts which will put into the carton box.

    yes, it is waterproof and anti-splash, anti-dust.

    In theory, it could meet the standard IP67.but our official announces IP54.
